i cant get my pics, wordart to move around in the document withmym

i cant get my pics,wordart moved with my mouse . like, when i insert the
picture/wordart, i cant get it moved from the original automatically inserted
position . i mean, usually an icon[it looks like a target sign with the
vertical bar and then a horizontal bar over it, with arrow points on the ends
of each bar] appears and i can drag the pic/wordart wherever i want , but
now, i just cant get it moved!
please help me

When such objects are inserted, they are formatted as In Line With Text. As
such, they behave like giant font characters. You can use the mouse to move
them wherever there is text (since they *are* text), but you can't put them
where there isn't already text. In order to place them freely, you have to
change the text wrapping style to, say, Square. Do this from the Text
Wrapping menu (dog icon) on the Picture toolbar.
