I can't insert the picture into onenote

When I insert the picture into onenote, nothing happened and no picture
appear. And when I use windwos + s to clip the picture from website,
only web source show up and no picture.

When I try to follow the suggestion "Tools, Options, View, Show all." I
can't find the view in the options.

There is no View in Tools-Options. Where did you find the suggestion?
Did you mean Tools-Options-Other?
