I can't move an email twice (not after one move)

**Steve**

If I move an email from my Inbox to a folder for filing, Outlook won't let me
move it to a different folder. If drop it in the wrong folder, I'm cooked!

The message I get is: "Can't move the items. The item could not be moved. It
was either already moved or deleted, or access was denied."

Help!

Hi Steve,

What version of Outlook are you using?

Have you tried repairing your PST file? To do that, use Windows Explorer to
unhide hidden files and folders and also make sure you can view file
extensions. Close Outlook. Then search for scanpst.exe. When you find it,
double-click it and follow all the instructions (including browsing to your
PST file). Scan the PST file repeatedly if you need to, until it finds no
errors. Open Outlook and see if you still have the problem.

Good luck, post back to let me know how you made out.
