I can't move objects with my mouse, only my keyboard!! ppt

Hi

I have a user who can't move their text boxes or pictures in Powerpoint with
their mouse, but they can move them with their keyboard. They don't have Snap
to Grid turned on. They can selet the objects, just can't move or resize
them.

Has anyone else had this problem before?
