I can't open help topics

In all office xp applications, the following problem occurs. When I click on
the help assistance, it appears normally, then when I type any word, it shows
the help topics related to the words I typed , but the problem is that when I
click on any link of those topics, no response occurs at all !!!!. May I find
a solution for this problem ???
N.B. I tried to repair whole the Microsoft office software from Add / Remove
programs, but with no benefit. Also I Uninstalled it completely and re
installed it but also I couldn't get any solution and the strange problem
continued !!!
