I can't open hyperlinks

When I click on hyperlings in my emails, I receive the following message:
"This operation has been cancelled due to restrictions in effect on this
computer. Please contact the system administrator. I am the system
administrator/owner. Can you help? I have I have Microsoft Windows Vista with
Outlook 2007. Any help is appreciated. I have been trying to find out how to
fix it but can't find anything.

This is a problem with IE, its not an Outlook error. You need to reset your
internet settings in IE's Tools, Internet Options, Advanced tab. (Or Control
panel, Internet options, Advanced tab).
