I C'ant open outlook 2003, it appears an error message

After installing office 2003, i tryed to start outlook 2003 and it apears a message that say "It is not possible open your folders predefined. the file c:\documens and settings\aduarte1\definições locais\application data\microsoft\outlook\outlook.ost is not a offline file or folder.

Please help me.
