I have a class who is trying to use the Microsoft Word Open menu as an
explorer. They try to copy and paste folders through this menu, but can't
because the paste option is greyed out on occasion. I am at a loss as
testing on my machine has not produced the problem.
I have ruled out: the file is still being read, the file is corrupt, the
destanation is full, the destanation is not pastable (my computer), and other
forms of user error.
Please advise.
