I can't print a public calendar - Outlook abruptly closes down

I'm trying to print a public calendar in Outlook 2002 (XP). When I print a public calendar, outlook abruptly closes. When I print a private calendar, no problem. I can choose a local printer, networked printer, adobe acrobat printer and print preview and I get the same results.

I thought my exchange database was currupt so I ran the following commands:
eseutil /d priv1.edb
eseutil /d pub1.edb

eseutil /p priv1.edb
eseutil /p pub1.edb

isinteg -s server-01 -fix -test alltests

I'm not getting any specific errors such as 1019, 1022 or 1018.
I've read the mskb 314917 and 248406 and done what has been requested.

The good news is the performance is enhanced but I still cannot print a public calendar.

This is my last hope of fixing the problem before I spend the $245.00 with Microsoft. Any help would be GREATLY APPRECIATED!!!
