I can't receive HTML messages. They all appear as blank messages.

I just changed from Outlook Express to Outlook 2003 and when I download my
e-mail messages from my ISP mailbox (comcast.net) any e-mail that is in HTML
format appears to me as a blank message. I can't figure out what is causing
this or what I need to do to correct it.

Change the View>Encoding in the message. Also check your Security settings to
make sure you can view HTML. Tools>Options>Security >Change auto download
settings> uncheck "Don't download pictures or....etc."
