Tim,

Even though you have full admin permissions you may not
show up because you don't have a category. Make sure you
are a member of the Project Managers group with the My
Projects category applied. Then from Tools, Enterprise
Options..., open the Enterprise Resource Pool and make
sure you are listed.

Oops.

I am part of all Groups, I am in all Categories with allow
permissions for each item in each category and allow
permissions for the Global Permissions section.

I still cannot se myself in the Enterprise Resources.
Note: All RBS IDs are set at -1.

Thoughts?

When I tried, it warned me I was about to enter a
duplicate name. When I log into the web as some other
admin, I do see myself listed. Also, I can see myself in
project plans that are checked out.

Also worth noting that this happened to a third person.
The only change to that person was setting all permissions
for them to "Allow" (all groups, all categories, all
global permissions)
