I can't see Public Folders in the Outlook folders list.

We use a microsoft exchange server and users have access to Public Folders,
as well as Personal Folders. How do I show the Public Folders in the folders
list? I'm sure I've come across this before and it meant selecting a tick
box, or similar. But I'm stuck this time!
