I can't see the chinese & japenese fonts

I received a file included Chinese & Japanese text inside,
but I can't see anything on the file even I change the fonts

I'm running Office 2002 on my mac G4 notebook with 9.3.1

After I register with the chinese it only show some Japenese fonts

HOW CAN I SHOW ALL THE JAPENESE FONTS
