I can't see the underline word script in the help.

Has anyone encountered such a problem? When I click an
underlined word in the Microsoft Office Help Window ,A
pop-up window said "An error has occurred in the script
on this page. Error: Object doesn't support this
property or method." Then I click YES to wait for the
script to run, but it didn't happen. Why is that so? What
should I do? I am using Windows XP and Office 2000.
