Hi Daniel,
When you open a folder in the MY Pictures file (set to thumbnails view)
what DO you see?

Hi Dave,

I see the thumbnail icon, but I don't see the actual picture thumbnailed.

Hi Daniel
When you open the "My pictures" file set to "Thumbnail"view you see all
folders arranged as thumbnails in the file window.
When you double click one of them and open it, you see the content in the
folder window. Here you have to select the thumbnail view again.
According to your discription you are here in the "Tile" view.
Check again and let me know .

Hi Dave,

I have everything set up in the thumbnail view.
The thing is that instead of seeing the actual thumbnail of the picture, I see
a thumbnail indicating, for example, that the file is a jpg image.

thanks

Dany

Hi Daniel,
Is that the way in all the folders?
Try this,
Open a folder
Click View
Customize this folder
Customize tap
Under "What kind of folder do you want"
Select "Pictures (best for my folder)"
Click Apply and OK.
