I can't send and receive my e-mails

I received an error message but only was able to read it briefly. "Microsoft
Outlook and msn now require a subscription. (I have a hotmail account). Then
that went away, and now I can't send or receive messages, because this error
appears
"error message 0x800CCCF6" Can anyone help? It was working fine, untill I
signed upt for the Windows Live beta offers

Free Hotmail/MSN access via Outlook and Outlook Express is being phased out
unless you have a paid premium account.
