I can't send e-mails

Operating System: Mac OS X 10.4 (Tiger)
Processor: Power PC
Email Client: imap

The problem just started after months of successful Entourage use. Each time I attempt to send and e-mail, including reply or forward I get an error dialog box that says: "Transaction Failed" The error number is -17099.

I receive just fine.

Problem solved. I ended up rebooting our DSL unit. Everything now runs like a charm.
