I can't send mail to yahoo or hotmail account through my outlook 2

Hi all,

I use outlook 2003 with SP3. it was working fine before but since last 1
week i am not able to send mail to any yahoo or hotmail account. not even
simple text mail. so can u pls give me any suggestion. i haven't update
anything on my computer.

Are you by any chance connected to the Internet in a different
location, or have you changed providers recently? Some Internet
Service Providers only allow you to send mail through their server.

For example, when my laptop is connected at home, I have to send mail
through mail.bellsouth.com, but when I am at work, I have to send it
through my own domain's mail server.
