I've been having a problem with Outlook 2003. Some "new" emails I send aren't
being received but if I "forward" a message in my inbox to myself I receive
it. I tried sending emails to myself and they show up in the "sent" folder
but I never receive them. I called Cox, my ISP, and they tried sending me
emails from several accounts all of which I received. I tried sending myself
emails from Cox Web Mail and they all came through. Cox suggested that their
may be a missing or corrupted file on my computer or that something is set up
incorrectly. I've had the same account for 10 years and have had this
computer for a year and a half. I tried doing a restore and it had no
effect. I'm running Windows XP and all my updates are current. Anyone have
any ideas?
