I Can't send resources' tasks to their "Tasks" tab/list in web acc

hi

when I publish the plan, tasks apear in "Projects" tab in Microsoft Web
Access but dont apear in every resource's "Tasks" Tab in their Microsoft Web
Access.
But when they "Create a new task" in their "Tasks" Tab it recieved in mail
Plan and I can accept it, and it apear in their "Tasks" Tab in Project Web
access.
Users and evbery thing about our network is OK.

The other problem that I think is about it is that when I suppose to see an
yellow envelop in "Indicators" column that at peresent time when do any
change on tasks information, it doesn't apear.
