I cant sigh into outlook

Everytime it ask for my user name and password it wont axcept it. Is there a
special place to get my password? Isnt it the password I created when I
signed up for the freetrial? THis is driving me crazy.

The username and password for the email account? Check with your mail
service provider to verify it.

Or, has the free trial expired? If so, it won't work anymore.

Some details would really help, like:

- Version of Outlook.
- Version of Windows.

Rather than wait for an answer here, you can use those details to go
search in Microsoft's huge support knowledgebase:

Select advanced search, pick your Outlook version, and search on
"remember password" (adding "vista" would help focus on articles for
Outlook on that version of Windows).
