I can't use shortcut links in my email messages

Shortcut links in emails are not working. Also login on internet banking
accounts doesn't work. What do I have to do to restore to get access.

In Internet Explorer, click Tools>Internet Options>Programs>Reset Web

Contact the Customer Service people at the bank using the medthod described
on the bank's internet banking page.
