Looks like I need a Tablet PC as long as I use Office
2003. Oh well...it would have been nice.

Thanks again for your help!

"Annotator for Microsoft Office" is particular handy for your purpose,
especially if you have owned a tablet (such as Volito from WACOM, or
Graphire, Inutos, or from Genius etc) for a desktop PC or a notebook instead
of Tablet PC. You can add hand-written notes, annotations or drawings to
your Microsoft Word or Excel or even PowerPoint slide and handwrite an
e-mail in your own language from the Outlook also, which sometimes can be a
relief.

The software provides similar experience to Tablet Pack for Office XP on the
Tablet PC, but is not limited to working on Tablet PC (all Windows Platforms
are supported) and is not exclusive for Office XP either (all Office
versions are supported, including Office 2003). It also generates more
intuitive overlay ink and those marked-up documents can be opened by
everyone who doesn't have the software installed on their computers. It uses
a similar UI to the Journal of Tablet PC and provides more customization of
the toolbar.

It can also be used it on Tablet PC if you are still using old versions of
Office, such as Office 97 or Office 2000.

The product is from Meanders Software, and you can take a look at more
details at http://www.themeanders.com/products.htm.
