i create a web page with publisher and i get a xml document and won't show

Now that you posted a URL I can see you are using version 2002 (a fact you
left out of the posts). Version 2002 does not default to "index.htm", you
have to save it as that name.
Additionally the 2002 version was originally released with a new html code
technology that is poorly supported, which was modified in Service Pack
releases. You are strongly urged to visit the Office Update site and
download and install Service Pack 3 to update your Pub 2002.
All this information and service pack links is available on the website -

After you install SP3 then you want to delete the old site files and then
resave the 2002 file and republish it using File, Export... , being sure to
save it with the name of index.htm

don't get it. It'll name the first page whatever you saved it as. And only
use File, Export as... Do not use File, Save as, web page.
