I customise toolbars in Word and loosing customisation everytime .

I customise toolbars in Word and I loose it everytime I close the document.
This is not happening in excel or powerpoint. I tried to save it in normal,
in another template (normal 1 ...etc) but nothing changed. Can I do something
for it?
