I deleted a tab in OneNote, is there some way to get it back?!

I'm using Microsoft Office OneNote 2007.

I had a tab that I wanted to delete, but I accidently deleted the wrong one!
I didn't notice until several minutes later after messing around in O.N. some more.
After I freaked out, I click the undo button.
A lot.
But eventually the button went gray and wouldn't let me undo any more things. And still* didn't get my tab back. Is there some way to get it back?!
Pleassseeeee help!

Use a backup (which you'll hopefully have).
This would be the only way.

There are no tabs in Onenote ... ;-)

There are notebooks (to be seen at the left), which contain sections
(which look like tabs at the top ...), which contain pages (to be seen
at the right).

If you mean a section (what I think you meant):

Just go to File --> Open Backup
At first you will see a backup of your notebooks as folders, navigate to
the notebook you want, inside you will find a file
<name of your deleted section>.one

Open it !
Attention: It may not be up to date. But better than nothing.
