I know it says you can't delete it, but it's gone. I've changed the view 20
different ways and I can't get it to come back to the top. I can't even find
how to get it back to the top.

So my question is, how do I get it back?

look at options on the view menu - Alt+F1 to toggle it or Ctrl+[any number
from 1-6] to change which folders you see.
