Hi, Larry,

What version of Office / Outlook are you using? What updates did you
install from Office Update? Did they appear to install successfully?

You don't know what update(s) you applied?

Well, try this in Outlook:

File | Open | Outlook Data File and search your hard drive for a file called
outlook.pst, or "something".pst. Open that file within Outlook. It should
contain all your data. Using the Outlook Bar, you can then copy the items
from each folder over into your new Outlook folders.
