i do fix Microsoft Word SR-1 error reporting problems

errorWord2000SR-1

i can't open Micosoft Word 2000 SR0-1 application because of error reporting
message stating that an error occurred and to send the report or not send it
radio button appears in the dialog box, every time i hit the send report to
the server it seems like it passing info between my computer and the server
but nothing happens and the application just closes, i have Word installed on
my sys from Microsoft WorksSuite 2001 my sys. is WINXP HOME EDITION, 40 GIG
HD, 256 MEGS MEM, MCI DSL LINE: (e-mail address removed) or (e-mail address removed) emailadd
