I am trying to create a switchboard from to navigate a database. But when I
go into the Add-ins option under tools, I have an Add-in Manager, but no
Switchboard Manager. Does anyone know what I can do to get the switchboard
manager? Thanks in advance.

1) You would be better off creating your own switchboard, using an
unbound form with command buttons. If you let the command button
wizard do the work, Access will even create much of the code for you.
You'll have more control over appearance, and functionality, while
maintenance will be easier, as well as not limiting your self to just
8 buttons (without having to do hand stands to increase that number).

2) Starting in Access 2000, the built-in Switchboard manager is
located in Tools + Database Utilities.

3) See # 1.
