I do not receive my own e-mails

Wim Zadel

I send an e-mail on my laptop to mysef. Sending perfect. After clicking
"receive" I do not receive my own e-mail. When I go to Extra > Options>
connection I do not see any connection after clicking on "change" I think I
have to find the solution here but I don't know how.
Please help.

Version of Outlook?
Type of account?
Does the message show up in the webbased mail client provided by your ISP?

Your directions don't exist in any version of Outlook. Post your EXACT steps
to get to the window you are looking at.

Version of OE is 6.
I send my e-mail to myself and if I open my normal PC I receive the e-mail
but I do not receive the e-mail on my laptop. I took a look at the details
of my normal PC and there is only a difference what I wrote below After the
wizard "make a connection with the network" no effect. (my english is not so
good, sorry)

Note that this is an Microsoft Office Outlook forum.

Outlook Express is family of Internet Explorer and Outlook of the Office
family.

Here is the link for the right forum

Good Luck!
