I do not see an insert address button for envelopes

I want to access adresses from my computer for envelopes. The tutorial says
there is an "insert address" button. I do not see it. Any clues?

Word Version?
For the address function to work Outlook must be your default e-mail
application for Windows.
The address button looks like a small book near the top of the envelope
dialog.
