I am a Full-time CA K-1 elementary school teacher and part time student
(Taking 3 CLAD classes) our family has three home PCs that are all liscenced
for WinXP Pro. We also have VisioXP, Publisher, .. the works.
..
Why does the Office 2003 Pro Student/Teacher version lack products that my
current version does? Do I have to upgrade each one individually now or is
my only choice to upgrade to the consumer version (along with the $500+ per
UPG)?
..
Are other products such as games, compilers (C++, Visual C++, etc), etc.
available for students at a discount as well? The product lst availability
does not display these items as part of the Select/Software Licensing and
Assurance plan. What are the costs? ***
..
There is no informati0on on how to contact a live, english speaking (and
understanding) Microsoft resource to contact regarding these and other such
questions. Is there a pre-sales resource?
..
I'm hoping that I can make a case for conversion at least in our classes, if
not the entire school. Who knows, if it is easy enough to understand,
follow, and reasonably priced, I can convince the district (A real long shot
though).
..
Hopefully someone can point me in the right direction or contact. Thanks in
advance for your help.
Sincerely,
Joan Pringle
