I dont have an e-mail icon on toolbar

I was trying to send an e-mail through microsoft outlook and I don't have a
send e-mail button.

Was it ever there before?

Have you tried to right-click on the toolbars, customize, and reset the
toolbar(s) to the default definitions?

You could also move or rename the outcmd.dat file which would force
Outlook to rebuild the default toolbars on its next startup.
