I don't have defrag anymore. How do I get it back on my hard driv

My son said I've some how deleted my defrag and I'm trying to speed up my
SLOW computer. He said I can download this off of Microsoft.com, but I can't
find it anywhere. How do I get defrag back?

Defrag is not a part of Office. It's part of Windows and I seriously doubt
that you can download it from anywhere except your Windows CD. Perhaps if
you posted your question in the appropriate Windows newsgroup, someone can
help you.

See if you still have the file dfrg.msc located in
C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32 folder. If so, create a shortcut to it
and it will run your defrag program.
