i don't know how to open Mircosoft office word/excel 2003

I just bought a new laptop 2 months ago , and i setup microsoft office
word/excel 2003 , it work normal but now i want to open a new document , it
does not work and ask me to active again . I put CD inside and enter 25
product key but it still invalid. What should i do now
