I dont understand! Slow Outlook

Hi guys,
I have three email accounts in outlook xp.
one for imap other two for hotmail.
However, when I click on the inbox, for any of the accounts,
I need to wait for a few seconds.
This never happened in Outlook express where I were reaching the content of the inbox
right away.
But in outlook, I need to wait for a few seconds which is quite annoying.
Only sometimes it works fine.
Do you all of you experience the same problem?
Is there a way that I can prevent this slowness?
Why does it really happen?

What is the problem of posting the same message to two groups?
Is it forbiden?
I have posted to
1. outlook general
2. outlook
Both groups are relevant for my question and I dont see any reason
not to post.
One can not assume that every single person is following the messages in both groups.
In addition, who you are to dictate "Don't multipost".
Weird that one can easily become a police officer in the newsgroup
and the competency to become is ungrounded.
Even if a warning is to be given, its better to be polite.
I guess, no one gives you the right to dictate "Not to multipost".

Didn't you ask this same question in another newsgroup? Don't multipost.

There's nothing wrong if you crosspost, which means that all the groups to
which you post act like they share (and if on the same news server, may
actually share) a single copy of the message and responding to it in one
group automatically responds to it in the others as well. Multiposting
treats each post as completely separate and there's no cross-reference
between groups then.

You use Outlook Express to post. So, just put BOTH groups in the Newsgroups
header when you post. This will produce a crossport,. which is the proper
way to put the same message in multiple groups.
