I don't want IRM (Information Rights Management)

I'm very frustrated right now.

I've been using Office 2003 since about Jan 2004 and have been loving it.
However, today, I opened an Excel file I've been using for months. Made some
changes, and then attempted to PREVIEW it. Out of no where I get this screen
telling me about IRM. How did this all of a sudden activate itself and show
up on my computer?

I don't like it, don't want it, and I'm pissed off about it. If I wanted
something like this I would have activated or installed it myself. The nerve
of Microsoft to just push this on me.

This screen kept wanting to install a Microsoft program - I don't remember
which one, but it had something to do with IRM. I figured, well, if I get
the ability back to preview my Excel files, then I'll install it. Then it
wants to use some "trial server" - at this point, I said no. This is just
crazy, now I'm locked out of using my computer with Microsoft Office the way
I've always used it and I don't like it.

Does anyone know how do I get rid of this crap? I just want to go back to
using MS Office 2003 the way I was before this happened.

I'm sorry, I don't know. Look here and see if it helps:

Good luck!

Did you perhaps click the IRM button near the Print Preview button on
the toolbar?? Or perhaps you are using the wrong button for Print
Preview?

The Print Preview icon is of a page and magnifying glass, the IRM icon
is of a page and a red circle with a white dash inside.

Also, IRM is part of Office 2003 so the capability of using it was
installed when you installed Office.
