I dont want the 'normal' temp automaticaly applyed to copied mate.

self explanitory really... But, normaly when you copy something and go to
paste your material into a word document it often asks if you want to copy
styles or have word format it to the 'normal' style/format/template or
something along those lines. I accidently hit the format to 'normal' option
and now my stupid word keeps automaticaly formating everything i paste to the
'normal' thing

Check the option to show the Paste Options buttons. In Word 2007, you'll
find it in Office button | Word Options, Advanced category (under the "Cut,
copy, and paste" heading). Does that help?

no unfortunately not. I've already checked and unchecked everything but
nothing helps. I'm stuck and frustrated, but i dont have the money to pay for
a support person from microsoft to help me on this issue. Thank you though.

So what version of Word are you using and what have you tried? Why doesn't
using the Paste Option button work for you?
