I drew an object in ONE NOTE 2003. How can I Move it ?

Why can I do this by highlighting the object and pick it up and drop where I
want it.
This feature should be in this AP up front and eazy to find. Where is the
HELP topic for this obvious functiuonality????

If you hover the mouse or stylus over the drawing, a selection handle
should appear to the left of the drawing (connected to that drawing) or at
the top of the container (representing the entire container).

Clicking and dragging on either handle will move the associated object (the
drawing or the entier note container). If you're on a Tablet, you may have
to select the Type/Selection tool from the toolbar.
