I get a "File access denied" message when importing a .pst file

I saved a .pst file through explorer and then reloaded the computer. When I
tried to import the .pst file after reloading I get a warning: "Properties
for this information service must be defined prior to use." After I click ok
on that warning I get the following warning: "File access denied. You do not
have the permission required to acces the file G:\Outlook\outlook.pst".

Please help as I would like to at least retreive my address book.
