I get a General Url failure whwn trying to open links

When opening Microsoft Outlook and reading my emails.
Internet links are sent to me which I try to open and always receive the
failue message "Genrak Url Failure"

What's your default browser? I get that error at times when Firefox is
trying to show me a dialog on startup before going to the URL in question
