I GET A MESSAGE THAT I HAVE TO UNLOCK SELECTION HOW TO DO IT

I have purchased a new system and have loaded the new studnt and Home MS
Office 2007 in my PC. When I started the first document i typed a few
words, but nothing appeared on screen and I had a message that I should
unlock slection. Could you tell me what this is.

Did you activate Office?
