Each time I open Outlook 2003, I have started getting a reminder message for
each new email message I receive. I have tried to dismiss all, dismiss them
one at a time, etc. and the reminders come back each time I open Outlook.
This action happened after the 3rd time I synced my new iPhone - not sure it
is related or coincidence (and no I just walked into the Apple store on
Staurday afternoon and boguht one without waiting in line for a week). I
used the System Restore function (Vista Business) to roll back to prior to
iTunes 7.3 install but this did not fix the problem.
I reviewed these forums and the Internets and found lots of solutions for
when you do not get reminders, but not how to turn them off for each new
message. Even when I clear all the reminders, they come back the next time.
Obviously this is quite annoying. In the meantime I have turned the reminders
completely off, but I really like the reminder feature and would hate to go
without it (working properly).
I have tried to use the Detect and Repair feature to no avail. I have tried
both of these switches (/cleanreminders and /resetfolders) to no avail.
Please someone, anyone, I beg of you for assistance.
