I get a Spam Report instead of the email a friend is sending me.

I am trying to recieve an email, but instead of being delivered, a spam
report is sent to me. I have turned all of the spam and junk mail filters
off, but it keeps occuring. I am using Outlook 2003 SP2. Can someone please
help me?

Have you added the person to the safe senders' list - right click it.

The next step is to speak to your IT manager or ISP (Internet service
provider) if you are not on a company network.
