I get a strange black box at the bottom of text boxes

At the bottom of my text boxes in Word I get a black box that fills that last
four lines of the text box. But when I zoom out it starts to shrink so just
past 80% zoom out it disappears, and it grows when I zoom in.
The box does not print, it appears to only be an overlay... but it is on all
work that I do.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I encountered the same problem.
In my situtation, the problem appeared in print layout, not in standard
layout.

In my computer, there are two user accounts, say Alice and Bob.
Alice encountered the problem but Bob NOT.
So I think it is a setting prblem of word.
I can't figure out how to fix it.
