I get a window "Operation Failed" when I press send/receive

I am using Outlook in MS Office 2003, since I reinstalled the program after a
crash, I get the message above.

Reinstalling Outlook solves nothing. If you can't provide any information as
to what you did to corrupt your Outlook profile, start by creating a new one
from scratch.
