I get an error when I try to download an excel template?

I am trying to download the Loan Calculator excel template and I get an error
message "Microsoft Excel for Windows has encountered a problem and needs to
close. We are sorry for the inconvenience" and then asks if I want to send
an error report. Any ideas why this is happening?
