I get dqlxasset when I try to get clip art. How do I fix file?

When I try to get clip art many of my selections have the label "dqlxasset".
I was told that was caused by a corrupted file. If that is true how do I fix
the corrupted file?

Two things to try:
1. In Internet Explorer, delete temporary internet files by clicking on
Tools | Internet Options | General tab | Delete Files.
2. If the previous suggestion does not help, then start Clip Organizer by
clicking on Start | All Programs | Microsoft Office | Microsoft Office Tools
| Clip Organizer. In Clip Organizer, click on Tools | Compact.

I thank you vey much but that did not do it. It may be a problem with the
explorer I am told.
