I get duplicate incoming email messages in my inbox

Every incoming message appears in my inbox twice, it is always the same
message just show a receipt time of 1 or 2 minutes after the first message
time.

Aloha bferris,

What version of Outlook are you using? If you're using POP3 as your protocol
for retrieving mail what interval do you have it checking the mail in? Generally
speaking no faster than every 5 minutes is recommended and 10 might be even
better.
